PROJECT
BEARDMEATSFOOD
CHRISTMAS MUSIC VIDEO
Pre-Production / Production / Post-Production / VFX
DESCRIPTION
For this project, we partnered with one of Britain’s leading YouTubers, BeardMeatsFood (also known as Adam), to produce a Christmas Music Video supporting the Stroke Association, a charity that resonates deeply with him.
With over 750,000+ views and counting on YouTube, Grab The Mince Pies portrays Adam as an old man living alone in a remote cabin, reminiscing about past Christmas days with loved ones. The flashbacks capture the chaos and warmth of a memorable Christmas, despite mishaps like burnt dinners and toppled trees. Ultimately, our film conveys a message of resilience and cherishing moments with loved ones, with lyrics urging us to find solace in togetherness.
WHAT DID WE DO?
We worked closely with Adam to fully realise his creative vision. Throughout pre-production, we carefully selected locations, started casting the perfect talent, and meticulously storyboarded and scripted the entire five-day shoot.
In production, we utilised a high-grade Arri Alexa Cinema Camera paired with a camera crane to create a variety of dynamic and cinematic footage.
For our outdoor location, we chose to film in the heart of the Lake District, which helped define the narrative tone of the opening scene.
Our team incorporated all departments, from hair and make-up to camera and production crew, setting us up to create a premium final product.
Post-production duties were expertly handled by our in-house editor, Will Simpson, and VFX artist, James Carpenter, ensuring a seamless transition from filming to delivery.
Collaborating closely with Get Your Media allowed for a dynamic partnership, leveraging each other's abilities to finish the project out strong.
